What is an electronic signature ?

An electronic signature or e-signature is a secure, legally binding digital signature, agreeing to the terms in the document.

Electronic seals have the same encryption as electronic signatures, requiring verification before the seal is issued. When a document is sealed, the origin of the document is tracked as well as modifications attempted after the seal.
